According to Jupiter Research, more than 75 per cent of consumers in the U.S. now have at least one loyalty card. In Canada, that number is even higher, according to a recent study by Colloquy. In fact, a staggering 93.6 per cent of Canadian consumers belong to a least one loyalty program. Furthermore, the average Canadian household is active in 9.2 loyalty programs.
