Squeezing marketing rewards out of your loyalty program
According to Jupiter Research, more than 75 per cent of consumers in the U.S. now have at least one loyalty card. In Canada, that number is even higher, according to a recent study by Colloquy. In fact, a staggering 93.6 per cent of Canadian consumers belong to a least one loyalty program. Furthermore, the average Canadian household is active in 9.2 loyalty programs. But, are most loyalty programs really valuable for consumers?
