What We Do: Totem Year in Review
Just for a bit of fun at our holiday party this year, we threw together a quick look at some of our award-winning work, and the people who make it happen. It’s not fancy, but neither are we.

And the award goes to…
Us! Transcontinental Interactive won big at the 2011 Magnum Opus Awards, honouring the best in custom publishing, with 30 awards! Honours include everything from design and editorial to photography and illustration to entire publications, including Acura Style, Sobeys’ Inspired, Aeroplan Arrival, Geico Now, The Home Depot Garden Club and P&G’s Rouge. Trancontinental Interactive has a particularly strong showing in the digital realm, with 7 awards for online content alone!
The Magnum Opus Awards are sponsored by ContentWise and managed in conjunction with the Missouri School of Journalism, The judges considered 560 entries in 217 categories, including 18 interactive product categories for videos, blogs, podcasts, and use of social media.

WIZARDS OF OZZIE
The Oscar nominations weren’t the only awards news this week. Totem won big Tuesday night at the Eddie & Ozzie Awards. They’re the industry’s biggest and most prestigious contest celebrating the best in magazine editorial and design excellence. We took home three award, including two silver and a gold.
